By accessing or using the VITALIS LAB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including students, coaches, and administrators.
2. Certification & Examination
VITALIS LAB certifications are awarded upon successful completion of the required coursework and examination. Examinations consist of 180 questions with a passing score of 90 points. Certificates are valid for a period specified in the course details. VITALIS LAB reserves the right to revoke certifications in cases of academic dishonesty or professional misconduct.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and assessments are the intellectual property of VITALIS LAB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Your personal certificate is yours to use professionally.
4. Payment & Refunds
Course fees are charged at the time of enrollment. We offer a 14-day refund policy for courses where less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Offline course fees are non-refundable once the training date has been confirmed. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Code of Conduct
Users must maintain professional conduct on the platform. Sharing exam questions, impersonating other users, or attempting to circumvent security measures will result in immediate account termination and certificate revocation.
6. Limitation of Liability
VITALIS LAB provides educational content for informational purposes. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the application of information learned through our platform. Always consult qualified medical professionals for health-related decisions.
